Professionally, Erik Bracht has a Master's degree in psychology and has worked with families and children as a counselor. His son, Forest Bracht co-authored THE ADVENTURES OF PURPLE HEAD, BUDDAH MONKEY AND STICKY FEET. From his perspective Erik appreciates the challenges and unique perspectives that children have on the work. Personally, his inner child is activated when he's with children and because he has a child of his own, that inner child, Forest, being activated every day. Writing children's stories is a natural fit.
