Savant Launches Savant Bookstore Honolulu and Savant Distribution

Savant Books and Publications, a small, independent publisher of books, CDs and DVDs is anything but small these days! 

In January 2012, we launched the first of our own bookstores, Savant Bookstore Honolulu (http://www.savantbookstorehonolulu.com) which is open for business, author parties, book release parties and book award parties every Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Coffee Talk Coffee House in Kaimuki, a 5-minute bus ride from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Chaminade University, K...

"Party with the Party" at Savant Books and Publications' Afternoon Coffee at Cafe 2600

On Saturday, 25 September, Savant Books and Publications hosted a "Meet the Publisher" Afternoon Coffee at Cafe 2600 from 4 to 6 p.m. with over 20 local readers, writers, authors, editors, screenwriters, publicists and producers attending. It was a wonderful chance for everyone to meet, one-on-one and talk book publishing. The event was so successful, we've decided to make it a regular, approximately bi-weekly event, at least for the time being.
